Is applying D3 to lips like getting actual vitamin D through the sun? If so, I would apply the D3 drops since you know it is only D3 without any extra chemicals added. There are lots of skin conditions that the sun helps so I was wondering if D3 drops would be like getting actual sun exposure (without any sun damage)?
