Heh, I do all of those, and have done for over six months. Lipo C around 4-5g a day...

Ive been so worried about trying licorice because Dr Lam literally scared me into submission about adaptagens...but I probably should. I know its an adrenal spike in the night, I can actually feel it pulsating from my lower back, hence my order of Seriphos to see if it helps...

The crazy thing is, the rare times I sleep well, I feel almost fine the next day.
