With all due respect, look at the photos of Dr. Fuhrman and compare them with a photo of Mark Sisson. Both men are about the same age... but look at who looks the healthiest. Certainly NOT Dr. Fuhrman. Mark Sisson is a Paleo supporter, while Dr. Fuhrman is a vegan. You can give me all the information you wish on my body design, yet I will always eat meat. When I eat like Dr. Fuhrman recommends, I feel terrible, and I gain weight. When I eat Paleo, I lose weight, and all of my numbers according to the whitecoat doctors are great. Not only do I feel amazing, I look amazing. I have been in both camps, and I definitely prefer a Paleo eating style over vegan.
