ok, this is my 2nd attempt! ( i just backed out of the last reply!) i wanted to say thank you for being kind enough to respond and for being resourceful! i did have to make those changes to my diet a while ago & oral hygeine is fine, healthwise i have seen specialists and am ok by their vote. i'm still researching and keeping an eye out for any other possible causes and new info.
