Saw this post from you from another forum..great timing.. I actually feel some tigtening (slow pain) on my groin, armpits and some "movements" on my breasts....after some liver and colon cleansing...

is this what you refer to as lymphatic dump?

anyway, today, my breakfast was 1 solo papaya,
2 dragon fruit..

also bought wheatgrass and apple juice from a health restaurant..

also have a bowl of salad for me to eat later when I get hungry before leaving office..

am trying my best to eat healthy so that I could also help my family and relatives (they have to see improvements in my overall health).. I think that is the best way to convince them..

oh yeah.. just chit chatting around here..
