Okay, I'll try to take them far apart so hopefully I'll have time to absorb the supplements and everything, and I'll just take the Cholestepure before bed.
I didn't know birth control was that bad... I knew it can make you more prone to yeast infections so it does make a lot of sense. I've thought about stopping it but I have really painful periods which it helps, but if not taking it makes me feel better I'd rather deal with the periods!
