Yes, it colonizes in the body. And the spores are ubiquitous. You've developed a sensitivity to them AND probably have colonization. Only way to know is via a culture (held for at least four weeks, settle for nothing less).

But you're taking good supplements. Just keep doing what you're doing and above all, remain optimistic.
