I have had a long standing herpes infection for 7 years. I've tried every conceivable remedy out there, all the herbs, ozone, coconut oil, etc. All have brought a degree of relief, but none so much as when I started Lugols Iodine supplementation a few weeks ago - problem solved! I would strongly encourage readers of the herpes forum to try Lugols iodine. I order from J Crows on the Internet, the 5% is best, but the 2% works as well. I am taking 62.5 mg a day (10 drops of the 5%) with outstanding results, including rapid resolution of neuropathic foot pain from the infection. This stuff works, folks, it is no joke! The other benefits of Lugols are too numerous to mention, so I would encourage folks on the herpes forum to head over to the Iodine Supplementation Forum and start reading (begin with the FAQ). You'll be extremely glad you did!
