I am sorry to hear that you are struggling with a yeast infection. A yest infection can change a happy life to a nightmare. Have you tried to apply a coconut oil on itching and burning parts? A coconut oil is a wonderful anti fungal remedy. Furthermore, your Antibiotics worsen your symptoms since Antibiotics use is one of the rood causes of a yeast infection together with a mercury poisoning, hormonal imbalances, use of birth control and high Sugar diets. Try to avoid any food containing Sugar or carbs, clean your body from mercury (if you have dental filling with mercury, consider taking them off) and take anti fungals. The book Candida30: Permanently Heal Your Candida Infection in 30 Days or Less is a great source on how to get rid of a yeast infection and helped me a lot.
