I've been drinking about 4 leters of water a day and am currently taking, olive extract, burly grass powder, probiotics, B12, milk thistle. I'll definatly look into the supplements you have suggested though!

It seems that candida only thrives if your immune system isnt functioning properly. I'm not the healthiest person in the world but I'm not that bad so I'm confused why this has effected me, I've also read iron has a BIG impact on candida are you a caucasian of northern europeon decent molly gibson?
