Hi Gill, after studying your tutorial on the blood electrifier using a single 9v battery - I finally constructed one using a solderless breadboard and was amazed that the thing works! I am not electronics trained and after reading all of your posts and replies, I figured it all out. I get 33 volts on the cs generator part and the red-green LED works as you have said.
The output voltage on electrodes only bounced the analog meter to about 5 volts on the 50v scale. So another trip to my local radio shack and purchased a digital multi meter and checked the output again using the 200v scale and the voltages at the low end of the 100k pot pulsed from 12.5 to a high of 29 volts. I noticed that the digital meter shows the pulses alternating + to - as I checked the outputs. So, I just wanted to let you know that your schematics and all of the questions that you have answered really helped me to actually get it working.
I have been using a printer power supply output 33 volts for Colloidal Silver clipped to 2 one ounce .999 fine rounds and and steam distilled water. I also run an aquarium pump to "stir" it while I let it run for about 6 hours. So when I finished this project, I made another quart using this circuit and also let it run for 6 hours also using the air pump. I did see the voltage go from 33 down to 29 at the 6 hour mark. So it seems to me that if I am without power for any extended period of time, I will just make sure to have spare batteries on hand.
The bottom line is that thanks to your research and posts, I am deeply grateful that you 'educated' me enough to replicate your device - Thank You again
