Just wondering if you're facing anything in your waking life, that gives you the same feelings as given in this dream?

It may be a difficult decision you have to make.
Like going for surgery or chemo.
You feel the choice is being made for you and you're scared.

I think the hanging position of being up-side down is a good sign. It indicates a change of outlook is needed, but can also indicate indecision, you're "hung up"!
