Montreal Homegrown for one. I would not call him a liar. I do not know why people would lie about a diet on this forum. I think people have better things to do. Just because something does not work for you, it does not mean it will not work for someone else. We all have various vitamin/mineral deficiencies, food sensitivities /allergies, etc. I have also read posts from others who stated their lips have improved with diet.
