There are different causes of EC. The diet has worked for quite a few people- at least with less peeling. One also needs to be extremely patient while trying the diet since it may take a long time depending on the person. Doctors have told me it may take at least a year for symptoms from celiac disease to go away after I start the diet. Right now, I am focusing on another cause. But I still believe diet is the cause for some (if not me). Since we already know about the diet, we can focus on new ideas.
