I have tried this over and over again. I've never had support or had to be accountable to anyone. So, I thought I would post on here and see if it helps me stick to it. I am almost complete with day 1 of my fast. I usually get to day 3 and die. I REALLY want to finish this time. I think it would be great for my health and If I lose the average 1 lb a day I would be at my weight loss goal! (I've shed 50 lbs this year but still have 30 left.)
