Yes I found Häberle's work. He seems very recent, not a historic figure.

I began using four day old urine. Not sure how I got that number, whether book or the yahoo forum.

I use so little in a day though (a little goes a long way) that it's now a couple weeks old.

What's your experience with swishing and old urine?

I'll try it together with a drop of propolis later today.
