The symptoms you described such as post nasal drip, dry mouth etc I have them all aswell and my doctor said that it was due to the inflammation of my turbinates in the nasal area. 90% of the time the standard treatment which is usualy a corticosteroid and some Antibiotics will work. Unfortunately it did not work for me and I'll be taking surgical treatment called turbinectomy to fix it and hopefully solve this issue.
