Is there anyway to take advantage of this? I cant obviously drink red wine every day but is there a reliable extract or something that can be used to get the same effect?

It's crazy. I will drink like 3/4ths of a bottle occassionally while I do mindless things just to unwind and when I wake up the next day my tongue is clear and I feel better.

The next day when I wake though the white tongue is back and I feel brain foggy and terrible again.

Any suggestions?
