Hello all! I'm approximately 1 year post removal and although I've had some rough times I am hopeful that I'm going to continue improving. I'm so much better than I was 6 months ago, and the 6 before that!

I've been following this forum for a while now and learned a lot. However, the problem that got this whole mess started in the first place is still a concern - how to SAFELY regulate birth control. Here's my question - what do you ladies use?

I am currently using birth control pills - Cyclessa. I don't like being back on the pill. In fact, I'd LOVE to be off anything that messes with hormones. But I also don't feel comfortable monitoring cycles for BC, and I'd prefer not to use condoms.

Does anyone have anything that they are using and would recommend? Any ideas are welcome!
