I put my SSKI into a 0,25 liter bottle and drink this in about 5 or 6 gulps throughout the day.

I was already taking B2 (100 mg) and B3 (500 mg) once a day since june, but it wasn't enough.

I've been taking an Optimox B2/B3 now with every gulp that I take of the SSKI -solution. So a LOT. I've been doing this for two weeks now. I feel a BIG difference: I have a lot more energy. There is a flu going round at the moment at work, but I'm not affected! Usually I was one of the first to go...
I don't think I will need to take so many B2/B3 for a long time. As soon as I get hyper, I will lower my intake. But for now I'm really enjoying this lovely feeling of begin OK.
