When I first started NB - I had horrible dreams... I felt like I wasn't able to get into a deep sleep and I was always in that "I'm still kind of awake but I am actually sleeping state." Really annoying.

Not sure if you've seen this... He talks about having a dream journal.

I keep having the same dream that I talked to someone I got into an argument with - its really annoying because I can't settle it in the dream or in real life.
