Not that you have lymes but, that you were finally able to get some answers to aid your journey. Wouldn't have happened without you persevering like you have. Good on ya.

In the months leading up to what cascaded me to be here after suffering unknowingly with candida for at least a decade, back in 2003 I got the only tick bite I can ever remember. I caught it the same day and it was easily extracted. Last year I checked the 8 year old hospital records to see if they had an pathologicals done on the tick since I had them remove it but, to no avail. No lab work was done since it wasn't considered a deer tick. There is reason to believe my system was close to the edge and the tick just sent things over the cliff since they have all sorts of other bacteria and I got ill within months of that bite. Humm... food for thought.

This week my GP finally ordered some blood work done. One the candida antigen to prove it's a factor beyond my GI (would be surprised if it comes back anything but, affirmative). Some nutritional tests including iron since anemia has been part of my issues. And, to gauge thyroid issues or not, Tsh/t3/t4/Rt3 and we tried for a Rt4 but, apparently the lab doesn't offer it.

I'm going to be watching what happens with you situation since perhaps there is something behind that tick bite leading up to my crash in 2003. Not sure if I can afford a lymes test but, it's something I should probably keep in my mind as an option. Do you know the name of the particular lymes test which confirmed your situation?
