Sorry you are going through this as well. You are supposed to go slow on the coconut oil. Just a tablspoon the first day and make sure you chew it. People with an overgrowth will usually get real sick with diarehea (sp?) and sever fatigue. It happened to me... I also took too much and got panic attacks. It was horrible! Try lactoferrin, lysozyme and colostrum in the same pill but go easy, too. Worked so well I took 3 one night instead of the 2 I had been taking and woke up an hour later with severe anxiety and dizziness, gas and ear popping/ringing. Crazy stuff we go through...
