No I didnt know my levels. The tests are pretty useless.

I took the Barnes test; (temperature test) but this was long after I started the attempt to correct it, as the symptoms itself was undoubtedly hypo T.

I increased my body temp almost one degree Celcius. That makes all the difference IMO.
I definitely take iodine; I am very approx in all I do; 100-300 mg of Iodine almost daily.
