lam's supplement clinic liposomal c has a good amount of ALA (alpha lipoic acid) in it. this is a fantastic way to play pinball with mercury ions bouncing all over your brain.

i'm hypothesizing that for people whose adrenal problems are not heavy metal related then the liposomal c will be excellent.

for people whose adrenal problems are lead, mercury, cadmium related then taking supplement clinic liposomal c has the chance to make your adrenals feel better by dusting metals off with the lipoic and keeping them strong with the c, but all this at the sacrifice of other organs that have to handle the mobilized metals.

i wondered why so many people reported feeling wired from taking liposomal c until i read their ingredient in fine print. technically vit c should not make people feel wired, so maybe it is the lipoic acid.
