I find with cuts that putting fresh urine on the bandage works well for a couple of days. After that healing seems to take over naturally. Using urine immediately has always dramatically reduced pain for me and also inflamation which seems to go with the pain or vice versa.

I get lazy, let it heal normally and use urine again if I feel pain or see redness.
