I definitely think that my AF is linked to PTSD but whats the cure? In my case (and probably many others) I think that because of the extreme stress - my zinc levels were depleted and copper toxicity was able to take hold. It was all down hill from there. Thats just one of the reasons I am doing nutritional balancing.
