In my experience, I had anxiety and trauma...but it was from candida, poor digestion, leaky gut etc. The leaking of feces into the bloodstream works a number on the brain. The leaky gut autism cloud that I essentially had for years was irritating...before becoming a war with horrible digestion and candida. I beat it. No emotional issues had to be addressed because it was all about food. No years of therapy or nonsense remedies. Just diet.
