Instead of the starter use KEFIR GRAINS, that way you can make both milk kefir and coconut kefir... There are recipes to make coconut milk...then just use the grains to make coconut milk kefir.... It HEALS CANDIDA, IT HEALS THE DIGESTIVE TRACT....ALL RAW COCONUT DOES.
