It says in the book to add a drop or two to your shampoo, so I did, and for a day or two I put a few drops of it on my scalp and massaged it in, went to sleep, and shampooed the next morning. After only about a week my dandruff was gone, and I've had it for years. I am using the diluted strength OOO, just to let you know. The one in safflower oil. Full strength would work even faster, probably.

Nope I haven't read any other books about OOO.
