Great thread! I am sure that, in my own case, PTSD is a root cause. Herbal supplements just treat the symptoms... but don't address or cure the cause. Healing involves "rewiring" your brain so the PTSD-inflicted, exagerrated stress response to all events is able to be controlled and "muted" consciously.... rather than allowing the PTSD patterns to unconsciously control your thoughts and your life.
