1) The correct Iodine to take is Lugols 2% available from Amazon.Com. Your body requires BOTH Iodine and potassium Iodide which is provided by Lugols & iodoral.

I don't know about combining Iodine with everything else you are doing. I'm thinking that IV Chelation should be completed before starting the iodine protocol. IV Chelation is likely a big enough challenge for the liver & kidneys by itself. Just my humble opinion. When will your IV Chealtion be finished?

Might allegro be doing too many things at one time? Maybe someone else can chime in here?
