It's amazing how many people here have had issues with Dr. Lam.
Anyway, your hair results sure do show a lot of imbalances and metal toxicity. Have you ever tried the ARL supplements to try and balance things? In the short term it might not improve your sleep but longterm results seem to be where the results are worth it. I'm all for fixing a problem, getting to the root cause rather than masking the symptoms. That may be great for temporary relief which you haven't even gotten that, but it's better to fix the root problem so you can really fix things.
