Heh, its cool, I just would love to get six hours sleep like so many people say they do on here! over two years of having days and nights feel like the exact same thing takes its toll physically, mentally, the whole shebang...

I do have adrenal issues, I was working with Dr Lam and his megadosing till a month a go when I couldnt handle all the supplements anymore. Sleep never got any better during the period I was working with him, to the point where he rudely told me I need to go and see a neurologist because I wont ever heal till I start to sleep. Im in the UK, so the convincing a GP to send me to a nuerologist is impossible, and even when I do on the list, itll be a six month wait minimum..

started magnesium which has helped with cramping muscles, but still hasnt helped sleep at all. The Trazadone came closer to helping, but it only worked for around three weeks, then back to normal. Still woke up at either 2am or 3-4am though, no matter what I time I went to bed.
