All this talk of 6 hours sleeps, makes me very sad and full of envy!

Its been two years now, I only sleep around 3-4 hours a night, no medical drugs help this....valium, xanax, remeron, trazadone, serequel...nothing...natural sleep aids do nothing either, valarium, relora, melatonin, tried them all for long periods of time and nothing has ever improved it. Even acupuncture, hypnotherapy, CBT..nothing has ever improved it.

Although ive managed to not be stuck in a 'fight' mode which I used to be, im now calmer and more chilled out and able to relax, but sleep is still impossible. I wake up at 2-3am daily, and then very rarely manage to go back to sleep...
