Thanks so much for getting back to me. I'm taking the tumeric now. I looked online and the benefits seem so far reaching! I seemed to be feeling a little bit better, but the last few days have been bad, REALLY bloated and left side pain again. It just seems like there is now consistent improvement. Oh well, I guess I just need to appreciate the good days and wait out the bad days.....Oh and I'm in the US, just north of Washington DC.
