by the way, I had been taking about 1200 mg magnesium daily for a couple weeks before that happened. And a couple months prior to the day I got sick, I had done a salt flush in the morning on an empty stomach, It made me feel pretty good. But I felt like I was hypoglycemic earlier in the day when I did it.
