Today is day 9 for me and I am happy to report that my episode seems to be over. I still noticed it a bit yesterday, but it was a piece of cake compared to Day 4 when it was nearly unbearable. Today I have a bit of shortness of breath, but I smoked for nearly 35 years, so I surely have some toxic lungs.

The end is near for you! try some heat if you haven't already. A good soak followed by a heating pad might help.
