In a 1 quart mason jar I add 3 cups of remineralized purified water, 1/3 cup organic whole cane Sugar and 1/3 cup water kefir grains. Mix together, cover with coffee filter, secured with rubber band. Wait 48 hours, strain, add 1/2-1 cup of organic grape juice, seal with lid and wait 24-48 hours, then drink.
