I have been in NB supps and protocol for 8 days now, or so. Hypochondriasis and paranoia are building up, disturbing dreams and more OCD type thoughts, im screaming more frequently to my punished family which will never truly understand in what hell im living since years, the eczema at the sides of my nose its a lot worse and itches, like aggravated just since starting the supplements and the dandruff/itchy scalp in the head which I have just realised its just more eczema its also worse. In fact now I have eczema in the nose itself, looking like a garden dwarf or something, im not pretty looking anymore hahahah now social withdrawal its getting more solid lol Digestion its much better most of the time, having some spontaneous bowel movements for first time in a long time, undigested food particles greatly reduced, colour its darker. I weight now 58,8 kgs I have got 500 grams in just 5 days!! Sweet potatoes to the rescue!!! Yessssssss.

I am super paranoid im just weighting myself every week, because I still feel like im wasting away but its not real! Im finally gaining weight and pretty quickly now it seems! Im lately having some stomach pains so im reducing coffee enemas to one per week or two, but it started with the GB3 and I have been doing coffee enemas for months with no problems. Maybe too much bile, stimulated and supplemented, that can be irritating. Anyway im pretty wired right now as you can read. Im also paranoid thinking if all this GB3 and coffee enemas are just screwing my leaky gut for good, but probably thats detox paranoia. Anyway im trying to get Micronized L-Glutamine for the leaky gut and considering ALCAT testing. Leaky Gut Syndrime its Serious Stuff its the beginning of a lot of autoimmune reactions and really makes you weak and miserable.

But im getting weight and that means better health, at least when you are this skinny.
