Indianagirl- I too had some difficulty taking the recommended amounts of zinc. I think for the first 4 months I took 32 mg from 4 limcomin. Months 5-7 I managed about 40mg from 4 limcomin and 3 megapan. It has been only in the last few months that I can take the 3 full doses of everything. My total is now about 72mg per day from 3 endopan and 3 megapan.

When I was going through a healing reaction I found the plain water enemas gave me great relief. I think the zinc just pushes out all kinds of toxins and metals. Here is an article from ARL on Metal Elimination.

Sounds like a healing reaction to me as you were feeling much better and stronger before this happened. This used to happened to me quite often. It feels frustrating but really a very positive sign of healing I think.
