Hi 154965, I don't know what my full dosage is meant to be at the moment but I was taking half a pill at a time adding up to about 32 mg a day. What mg amount are you taking with your one dose? Is it a while pill or half? How long have you been doing this amount.
Its becoming clear that I just must have gone too fast. Do you have low Cortisol or high? Do you worry about the zinc lowering already low Cortisol? Thanks.
