Hi Marie, that is a good point. I wonder if that had something to do with it. I definitely detoxed something that made me a bit hyper so its hard to say if I felt so weak after because it was hard on me or if its because whatever was energizing was gone. This has been the case after another time or 2 of rough detoxing episodes. But this was first time taking zinc.
