Maybe we have similar issues? Im mega sympathetic dominant, very metal toxic and hypothyrpod, those are the most obvious problems.

I dont know how I am feeling. Different, probably. My nose eczema its worse since the supplements. Im having some disgusting dreams. I still feel some days good and others I sleep 5 h and feel wasted, haggard and negative. This program doesnt really address insomnia directly and I would love to sleep normally. This would be just so important to get out of catabolism and negativeness.

The digestion and BMs are definetely better though. No more big undigested bits, only some parts with different colours that are hardly watchable.
