There's no doubt the body has stored some trauma, on a few levels. I'm sorry, for that suffering.

But I'm very glad you've been turned on to a few good things here, on the forum. EFT is great--it's all about tuning in more and more, to what comes up, and tapping on that. Let us know how it all goes. Things will surely 'ease up' some, after the full moon. (tonight) It's an optimal time to absorb--water, castor oil, or ES, for example.
