Get those bowels moving one way or another.

Let go the fact the poo smells and do not refrain to eliminate when nature calls.
Make this a priority.
Take something with you to work or for public use to mask or elilminate the oder until you get well.

Poo should not smell...it will when you are sick..so do not worry about it for now.
