I agree with fasting to cure your condition. For immediate relief try Lugol's solution. It helped me a lot. I used to take 3 cups of soy milk a day, which knocked my thyroid out. I started feeling cold and slight headaches, basal temperature was 94 deg everyday. It only took one drop the first day upon waking in one glass of water to make me feel back to normal. I take 10 drops daily. I also have benefited from fasting.
