I followed The Clark Flush exactly as written. Without the Epsom Salts , things won't move through your system very fast. Epsom Salts are FDA approved as a lazative, so if you choose to purchase a carton at your local pharmacy or grocery store, make sure that you read the label to be sure that the grade you are buying is approved as a laxative.

I tolerated the taste of the Epsom Salts , but it's horrible to me. I discovered that the Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulfate) can also be purchased in capsule form from the Dr Clark Store http://drclarkstore.com/magnesium-sulfate-usp.html.
For that matter, you can buy the entire kit, which includes ornithine capsules to help you sleep soundly while the oil/grapefruit juice mix is doing its thing. I think that the kit gives you enough oil and capsules for 4 flushes. There's some kind of Liver Support Tea that comes with it, but I've never tried it. I followed The Clark Flush as outlined on the curezone site //www.curezone.org/cleanse/liver/huldas_recipe.asp.
If you follow it, you will not feel like you need an enema after you're done. I've never used enemas. They're probably great, but for some reason I can't get myself to force something in, where stuff is supposed to come out.

There are a variety of images of what might come out after a liver flush. Bile is yellow to green in color and contains cholesterol crystals which are less dense than water, so they float. As I said, I don't have a gallbladder any more, so I to get the smaller sized bile blobs shown in the pictures. Some people say that the yellow green color is coming from the olive oil and not bile, but I proved to myself that it is bile, by substituting Flaxseed oil for olive oil on one flush. The blobs were still green. It's bile.

As I also mentioned, I took Tanalbit capsules ahead of the flush for a couple of weeks.

I will caution you that you will be exhausted after the cleanse (the day after drinking the oil/juice mix). the cleanse is generally over by noon, and you'll want to nap. At least that's how I felt.
