I do sleep alot and just had a tooth extracted because it was abscessed.

The tooth was really too bad to have fixed, but I did it anyway.

The infection has probably been long standing and causing the issues I have with sleeping alot.

However, since taking the iodine, I don't get cold all the time anymore.

I just get cold randomly.

I take a B 150 complex periodically, but not daily.
