I don't have a lot of body fat.

It's a detox program that works its way up to whole fruits & veggies, nuts & seeds, and steamed veggies. But most of the 60 days are drinking just (healthy) lemonade and then juice. I do the fast 3 times during the 60 days.
Today is day 7.
